Results: The result of this study finds website information of medical care quality could influence people’s next-time medical care seeking behavior and the rates are relative high in items of characters such as man, age (over 51) , residence (beyond Taipei) , education degree (under university) and job (have a job). Using bivariate analysis modification, in division of health insurance medical care, there is no statistical significance in relevance between people’s next-time medical care seeking behavior and website information of medical care quality. While in division of consciousness of medical care seeking behavior, website information of medical care quality becomes a significant factor of people’s next-time medical care seeking behavior. The relevance reveals significant obviousness among these items, such as “I can obtain what I want to realize from medical care quality information”, “opening medical care quality information will influence medical care seeking behavior”, “I think, with disclosing medical care quality information, it is helpful for medical care suggestion”, “after realizing information about hospital care quality, I will still search for related quality information of other hospitals”, “ before seeing a doctor, I will search for news about such hospital quality '', ” medical care quality is one of the most important factors when I choose a hospital”, etc. Conclusion: This study shows NHI medical information website has positive relationship with patient’s behavior toward next outpatient visiting. However, most people still don’t familiar to these website information and function. Most people still can not find the desired medical information from the website data. So it is necessary to improve the website appliance and titles continuously to let people more familiar to the website information. In the future, the NHI website may consider dividing the website to health professional staff page and ordinary people page for more specific information search.
