| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理研究所 === 97 === The aim of the study was constructed the model of the day care and tutorial centers. The model hope could provide parents when they choose the day care and tutorial centers for their children. Besides, it could provide the proprietors to improve and promote in operation. According to the changeable of the family construction, an extended family substitute a nuclear family and the rate of the dual-earner couples were increasing gradually, which would be caused the school-age child without anyone to look after when they after school. However, the day care and tutorial centers stand located everywhere in Taiwan and its facilities, teach qualified, quality were in uneven. How to choose day care and tutorial centers carefully become an important issue for parents. The study constructed criteria through the relative literatures, brainstorming and the opinion of the experts. The study applied Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method to analytic this problem. Applying Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analytic network process (ANP) obtained the interrelationship and weight between criteria. First, find out the relationship and the influence interrelations in criteria by DEMATEL. To construct ANP framework and estimate every criteria weights after confirm the criteria relations. The DEMATEL empirical finding shows that the service quality is the top relation in the day care and tutorial centers decision. The top important criteria in ANP finding is service quality in day care and tutorial centers. Comparing DEMATEL and ANP findings, the service quality not only is the top relations criteria but also is the top important criteria.
