We used chlorobenzene to be the dissolving for MEH-PPV and drop-cast fabricate thick films. Measurement the MEH-PPV hole mobility and poly- dispersity by time of flight method, photoluminescence, hotoluminescence excitation, and GPC. Experimental results show, the holes mobility are improved for change the poly-dispersity MEH-PPV.
