The example of apply of data of health examination to advance the customer relationship management is rare. In our study, we evaluated data of the examination of one district teaching hospital in middle Taiwan. Our study divide two stage. In one stage we used the K-means analysis method to find the custom groups of health examination database. In two stage, we used the C5.0 decision tree classification to find the demands of goal customers. So we established predict models of function tree in systems of liver, GI, kidney, lipid, electrolyte, complete blood check(CBC) and thyroid. These predict models have high accurate rate.
