Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 全球運籌管理研究所碩士班 === 97 === This study is to explore the status and the relationship of nursing competency, job mission, work value and turnover intention. The study is qualitative research by using depth interviews. The object of the interview is from 13 nursing staffs in 2 regional teaching hospitals. The study is analyzed and discussed including 4 aspects: nursing competency, job mission, work value and turnover intention. The study was conducted by interviews, data collection, data coding interviews, analysis, gathering, respectively and summed up the impact factors of nursing competency, job mission, work value and turnover intention. The major purpose of the research is to find whether nursing competency , job mission, work value are relationship and they are relative with turnover intention. The results showed that: 1. The miner distinction from different hospitals in the nursing competency , job mission, work value and turnover intention. 2. Respondents among the nursing competency, job mission, work value are relative. 3. Turnover intention are more relative with nursing competency, working value than work mission. The results of this study is contributed for hospitals to understand the nursing competency, job mission, work value and turnover intention of nurses and the reference of the hospital in arranging training courses, work allocation to avoid high turnover rates.
