Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 全球運籌管理研究所碩士班 === 97 === This study considered the multi-trip vehicle routing problem with the daily variations of customer’s demand, drivers in district zone. Demand variability refers to the daily supply of companies determined by daily orders of customers. The strategy of drivers in district zone is let the particular customers in the district zone for particular drivers to serve; and the consider of multi-trip in addition to more in line with industry practices, but also can reduce the number of vehicles in use, to enhance resource utilization.
This study focused on comparing the efficient of drivers in district zone and non- district zone to the multi-trip vehicle routing problem. First of all is to build a mathematical model of VRP-drivers in district zone . The problem were modeled by this. Because this study is NP-Hard problems and to consider the larger scale problems, we used tabu search method for solving simulated cases. At last we use the sensitivity analysis of parameters to evaluate the performance between the efficiency parameters and the number of demand points in district and non-district zones. According to the analysis, this thesis provides some decisions for districting zones as a reference for related industries, describing as below. 1. Decisions between district and non-district depends on the raise of efficiency. 2. More customers, more convenient for district strategy. 3. More the number of district zones, more the driver’s efficiency. But more the number of district zones, less tolerance for operations. However, the intersection between the district and non-district has to be evaluated accurately.
