碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 環境與安全工程系碩士班 === 97 === Although the environment of an office is different from the environment of a factory with large amout of hazardous material,there remain many hazardous issues in the office,such as sick building syndrome,low back pain,and etc.With the popularity of computers,electronization has become an inevitable trend.The purpose of this study is to develope a computerized system (OhEqual:Office Helper of Environmental Quality) which may help employees to check their offices and offer pertinent suggestions to improve their environment and their working efficiency subsequently. Methods and procedures of this study are:(1)To collect and compile relevant information.Information collected includes indoor environmental quality-related information,the suitable size of tables and chairs,the information of suitable screen sizes,and 5S related information.Information compiled includes the factors affecting the environmental quality in an office and their recommended values. (2)To design the system:to consider checklist items,contents,and procedures,to design the check list,and to compile relative information.(3)To learn software of Borland Delphi 7.0:to understand it application,to establish databases and to program logic judgement criteria.(4)To design the Office Helper of Environmental Quality.(5)To test and correct the program.(6) To package the program. The result of this study is Office Helper of Environmental Quality.The content of checklist includes lighting,temperature and humidity,noise,electromagnetic wave,air quality and computer workstation,and offers screens and 5S relative information for reference.Examining the numerical results of the working environment,the system can identify potential problems and offer suggestions to improve the quality in an office.
