It’s very imperative to record and summarize the occupational accidents. By doing it,we can comprehend the situation of the occupational accidents. Besides, according to the occupational accidents, we can not only set up the policy but also evaluate the effect.The numerical statistics of the occupational accidents reveals condition of the safety and health system. We will program the occupational accident recording and draw statistic pictures on the basis of it.The report contains two parts: 1.Building the raw data base and it contains two parts (1)personnel data. (2)the occupational accident data. 2.Generating the forms and draw the statistic pictures (all forms can be retrieved from the above data base. In addition, it can not only print out the demanded forms but also draw statistic pictures.)The forms are as below: (1)the accident report. (2)the investigation report on an occupational accident. (3)the report on an the occupational accident. (4)the monthly report on the statistics of occupational accidents.(Report A ). (5)the registration of an report on an occupational accident .(Report B ). (6)the analysis report on the accident types, frequency, and severity. (Report C ). The statistic pictures are as follows: (1)accident type v.s. frequency. (2)medium v.s. frequency. (3)injury location v.s.frequency. The program may provide us with occupational accident statistics reports on the statistics of occupational accidents to help safety managers consult, to manage and to draw the statistic pictures without EXCEL.
