Description
Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 休閒運動研究所碩士班 === 97 === The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of types, current condition, motivation, and constraint on children’s physical fitness when they participated in these parent-child recreational sports. The data were collected from the scores of children’s physical fitness and their parents’ 3 questionnaires. These data were analyzed by ANOVA, factor analysis, F-test, product-moment correlation, and Scheffe’ method. The Significance Level in this study was .05. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. In the current condition, the recreational sport which parents participated in most frequently was to take a walk (for 172 people, 23.3%), the most frequent place was home (for 166 people, 23.1%), and the most frequent companion was family ( for 218 people, 54.4%). Most people (31.1%) joined the activities once a week. Most people (37.1%) do the exercise for thirty- one to sixty minutes. The intensity for most people (34.6) was low intensity. The period for most people (44.5%) was 14:01 to 17:00. Most people (71.7%) participated on weekends. 2. There was difference of participation motivation among the parents with different educational degree and family income when they took part in parent-child recreational activities. However, there was no difference of participation motivation among the parents with different occupation and family members. 3. There was no difference of constraint factors among the parents with different family income, the educational degree of children’s fathers, and the occupation of parents when they took part in parent-child recreational activities. In social constraint, there was difference of constraint factors among the mothers with different educational degree but no difference among parents’ occupation and family condition. 4. There was positive correlation between the effect that parent and children participated in different types of activities and participated in sports and social activities, reaching significant level. It showed that the more kinds of sporting and social recreational activities they joined, the higher physical fitness the scored.
