If work done by hand way examination store tank, then the action will spend many human resources and time, even if the result has known, also cannot guarantee this examination result the accuracy. When the store tank placed solid materials on the inside, the error will be bigger, therefore engineer acoustics developed an acoustics type examination theorem, it send out an ultrasonic wave in the entrance from the tank, and calculate the simple sound wave distance to know that store tank''s height between material interface and entrance. the experimental subject is the steel cylinder, which also like tank has not easy to observe feature. In the traditional ,the steel cylinder storage quantity detection way is depend on the pressure indicator which installs in the steel cylinder gas outlet , the theorem is using in the steel cylinder intrinsic pressure magnitude examination steel cylinder the liquid or the gas storage quantity, this paper uses the physical acoustics type examination way, similarly also aims which the filling material the physical property , but the different place is the pressure indicator can only know that the steel cylinder intrinsic pressure magnitude , it cannot know what the steel cylinder filling material the storage quantity, pressure magnitude according to the filling material characteristic has the unique storage quantity and the barometric pressure relational curve. Using acoustics examination only needs to analysis the audio which knocked steel cylinder outward appearance and the use rap bottle body surveys obtains which use for the initial setting, to determine its sound vibration mode and the frequency from audio signal, and will get the information how much stuff does this steel cylinder''s storage have. none 吳先晃 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 78 zh-TW
