Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 97 === Abstract─Degenerative arthritis is a common problem for old people. A lot of treatments had been proposed and its effect need be assess and validate. In my research, I use changes of knee cartilage to verify the efficacy of treatment. Changes in knee cartilage volume measurement can be divided into the overall changes in knee cartilage volume and local changes in knee cartilage volume. The papers focus on local analysis of cartilage changes in cartilage volume, so that we have superimposed tibial side technology to do 3D positioning and its accuracy is about 90%, we propose to extend the scope of the corresponding point of the fast 3D technology to narrow. It is to improve the accuracy of 15% and shorten the execution time of about 0.9 times. If coupled with the tibial surface to select semi-automatic techniques it can reduce the operator burden around 94%. The entire structure can be rapid and accurate measurement analysis of localized cartilage volume.
