Description
Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 97 === Due to rapid innovation and popularization of information technology, educational agencies are also leveraging it to enhance administrative efficiently and effectively. Under this background, Yunlin county has been promoting her SFS system actively. SFS system provides teachers as well as students better teaching, learning, communication and evaluation platform and gains increasing acceptance by them. But, in order to improve their continuance intention effectively, prior IS acceptance and usage researches, emphasize social normative compliance purely, have shown great limitations. As a result, more and more researchers propose personal norms should also be considered to truly understand important factors determining the continuance intention of users. This study majorly integrates technology acceptance model (TAM) and expectation disconfirmation theory (EDT), and take into account both social influences and personal norms, to investigate deeply critical factors affecting the continuance intention of SFS. Questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data for analysis by PLS, with 312 teachers randomly sampled from Yunlin county junior middle high school as research subjects. Principal research findings are: (a) perceived ease of use positively affect perceived usefulness, while both positively affect major EDT constructs, (b) expectation disconfirmation positively affect intention to use through satisfaction and attitude, and (c) different commitment dimensions have different degree and direction affecting major EDT constructs. Conclusions offer practical and valuable guidance regarding ways to enhance SFS system users level of commitment and use intention.
