Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 97 === In this study, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Model of Information System Success are both conducted as theoretical foundation, and literature about system quality are also reviewed. The researcher collected data by in-depth interviews and did data analysis to discuss the system problems and effects for different users. The result reveal that there are seven factors to influence the intention of system adoption and system quality, which are system completeness, facilities, system limitation, intellectual property, information capability, reorganization of function, and school encouragement. On the other hand, the facilities, school encouragement, system limitation, teaching interaction, government regulation, and information capability cause the negative reception of users. Besides, the supportability of executives, the establishment of executive office and the supplementary measures which make teachers is willing to use the system, a user-centered system design, a consideration for users’ needs, a system with friendly surface, and the integration of different systems and share are the important factors concluded to affect the intention of system adoption and system quality. This conclusion could be the references for the promotion of teaching by internet and relatively system assessment.
