Summary: | 碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 97 === School lunch programs are very complex and hard to handle issues in elementary & junior high schools. With the responsibility of audit, school lunch secretaries assume the legitimacy of laws and regulations of school lunch programs. The success or failure of school lunch programs is positively correlated with the professionalisms, and personal qualities, moral characters of the school lunch secretaries. In this study, methods of fuzzy multi-criteria are used for principals selecting teachers as the part-time school lunch secretaries.
Results of this study indicated that elementary and junior high school principals evaluate and select teachers to be the part-time school lunch secretaries, in consideration of the related aspects, the moral dimensions accounted for the conduct of 0.6012, more important than the performance dimensions of 0.2330 and personal characteristics dimensions of 0.1659.
Moreover, principals selecting teachers as the part-time school lunch secretaries, top 10 weights are as follows: the integrity is 0.1947; to adhere to the principles is 0.1738; the annual assessment should be qualified is 0.137; to be able to keep the promises is 0.0957; the patience is 0.0577; the information capacity is 0.0429; self-control is 0.0409; listening in a friendly attitude is 0.0373; to have nutrition knowledge is 0.0348; actively learning is 0.0317. To sum up, the results of this study will provide as academic and practical references.
