Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 97 === The research of dynamic capability analyzes that how single enterprise develops the management ability and adapt its routine and activities according to the environment variation. But the view of the industry network built by the small and medium-sized enterprise, it should have network dynamic capability to build up the management ability of network coordination. It sustains the superior network performance.
This study first tries to describe the value network of the case companies and influence of routine activities, then using dynamic capabilities as the framework to analysis the value network members in Taiwan’s ceiling fan industry. The result of this study as follow:
1. Network dynamic capability can be disaggregated into network information communication capability, network boundary management capability and network operation synchronization capability.
2. The value network members in Taiwan’s ceiling fan industry direct their internal R&D activities to improve their technology and service. It is not only by experience accumulation and learning effect but also inspection and imitation among competitors.
3. Enterprises can improve the ability of sensing the change of target market and customer through participating the social activities in business environment.
4. Enterprises invest specialized asset and coordinate their routine activities to target customers for strengthen their partnership.
5. Because of target customer’s need change, external resource acquirable problem and competition environment change, enterprises may change their enterprise boundaries to sustain the capabilities of opportunity seizing.
