The present paper discussion direct methanol fuel cell(DMFC) operates under the isothermal with the non-isothermal operation, each operation variable regarding the direct methanol fuel cell''s performance influence, judges the direct methanol fuel cell''s performance fit and unfit quality using the fuel efficiency and the exergy efficiency. Using the exergy analysis system, in the energy which the analysis system transforms, available with loss part, seeks causes the system to affect a more remarkable main variable. Therefore discovers system''s best operating condition is necessary.   But under these operation variable''s change, two kind of efficiency values will be unable to achieve mutually beneficial the condition, will therefore use the fuzzy multi-objective optimization the method, will discover the best operation variable, will enable two kind of efficiency values each other to achieve well.
