The attached value of product is called “product power”. It’s very important to a factory that how to plan the supply chain and sell the products quickly in the competitive environment. The excessive goods will cause a great of stock. The company can only reduce price to sell when the product is overdue. These conditions will increase much unnecessary cost. On the other hand, when the goods are not enough, the consumers will buy no product. It will cause to lose the opportunity cost. This paper will appoint the concept of “product power” in Marketing. We will model a mathematics mode of supply chain planning by the angle of consideration for consumer to purchases product. And then introduce the model into the Ready-to-Wear Clothes Industry. Evaluate the results of this model. It will provide the information to the decision maker to make a decision of supply chain planning.
