Summary: | 碩士 === 育達商業技術學院 === 企業管理所 === 97 === There are so many studies on core competency and service quality with general administration in Taiwan so far, but the application in the study of both is rare. This paper conducted from Taiwan and included 209 samples from general administration、300 samples from faculty associates. Use the questionnaire method to understand the relationship between core competency and service quality with general administration. The findings got five results as following:
1. The general administration of gender, grade level and region of school are significant in the core competency.
2. The staff of gender, education, rank, business properties are and region of school are significant in service quality.
3. The different of general administration had significant prediction on core competency.
4. The different of staff had significant prediction on general administration’s service quality .
5. The core competencies of general administration on self-intuition and service quality of general administration with staff are consistency
