Summary: | 碩士 === 育達商業技術學院 === 企業管理所 === 97 === This article is focus on the learning of mental calculation by abacus and mathematic ability from the enterprise diagnosis of the cultural and educational management by institutional theory and perspective of customers. The samples include 431 middle school mathematic teachers and 1226 second-year middle school students. The finding one revealed that the learning of the mental calculation by abacus was supported by middle school mathematic teachers but the better the students have basic mathematic skills the better performance come. The finding two revealed that the ability in mental calculation by abacus of the second-year middle school students have very little effects on their mathematic performance. Finally, give suggestions and limitations from the results.
