In fact, in the case of ASC-US, the final report of histological biopsy of 12.7% showed that High Grade Intraepithelial Lesion or Squamous Cells Carcinoma was there. Therefore, how to deduct the proportion of ASC-US and to promote the positive screen ratio of cervical smear has become the hot theme of research for recent years. In this study, we used the quantitative information which was transferred from the positive and negative data produce the high accurate ratio of Decision Tree. Use Decision Tree predicted ASC-US as positive or negative result. And then, the report of histological biopsy was correlation with the prediction’s result of Decision Tree. Finally, we found that the ratio of Decision Tree’s sensitivity and specificity were 86.36% and 78.94%. Improve the positive screen ratio of cervical smear because this research approach has higher sensitiveness. So, The outcome of this research shows that the proportion of ASC-US and the requirement of reexamination ratio can be reduced by using the examined data of Cervical Smear , and the positive screen ratio of cervical smear can be promoted.
