The Research of Sustainable Management of Community Care Center in Tainan County

碩士 === 台南科技大學 === 生活應用科學研究所 === 97 === "The care centers in the villages of Tainan County" is a blueprint of the Ministry of the Interior's "community care center", an important demonstration city of the domestic "aging in place" program , was been given a high degree of social expectations and responsibilities, the successful operation model would be good for the other related politics's implementation. And the difficulties they encountered must be resolved as soon as possible for other related policies. There are 250 community care centers in the Tainan country at the end of 2008.But the responsible persons were be changed in different ways, different management experiences, different resources, and even have no norm as the basis of the organizations. What is the impact of the care centers in the villages of Tainan County sustainable development in the future? This study, used questionnaire and semi-structured interviews to collect data. Objects were include 3 managers of each care center. There was a call before sending the questionnaire to each one of these 210 centers. A total of 510 questionnaires was sent. There were 390 valid questionnaires been recovered, and the responding rate was 76.5%. The study interviewed 120 volunteers from pre-test questionnaires , and selected 7 managers of the care centers in different conditions as objects and reference the contents of the pre-test questionnaires, in order to understand the difficulties, problems and needs of the care centers' development for the real executives. The other 5 dimensions were about good organization,volunteers' operation, community participation, resource utilization, support system alliance and mutual assistance of care centers. The variables included the gender of the responsible persons or manager, volunteers' performance management, the wishes of sustainable without grant, the impact of political factions, the heritage of management, the establishment of units, the amount of community service and settlements. The statistical methods such as factor analysis, descriptive statistics, chi-square test independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA and canonical correlation were used to analyze. There were several importand foundings. The gender ratio of the management was significantly associated with the mobilization of core figure, the training of volunteer, technical resources support, the co-operation with the Bureau of Social Affairs and other factors; Different volunteers' performance management had significant differences with the every factors of the sustainable development. The wishes of the sustainable without grant were significantly associated with the leadership, the mobilization of core figure, the effectiveness of volunteer service, volunteerism and communication, community cohesion, diversity participation, a wide range of resources, appropriate combination of resources, capital maintenance, institutionalize the use of resources, technical resources support. The heritage of different management positions was significantly associated with the sustainable development and other various factors. The different departments in the establishment were significant difference with the integration of community resources. The establishment of units and the amount of different community services were significantly associated with the performance of volunteer’s service, capital maintenance and technical resources support. The different settlements were significantly associated with and volunteers’ training and extensive resources.
