While digital TV broadcasting can not only improve the picture and sound quality of the received signal but also provide high definition program with fantastic viewing experience. ISDB is the digital TV broadcasting system in Japan which can provide flexibility, expandability and commonality for multimedia broadcasting services. The main objective of this thesis is to study the systematic hardware and software TV system design, verification method and quality testing plan. Systematic design method can effectively reduce the system cost and shorten design cycle to enhance the product competitiveness and keep the product marketing timing. Well organized verification method and quality testing plan are the essential elements to ensure product quality in the market.
