The primary requirement of the strategy is to meet process steam demand and to satisfy the time-of- use rates and all related operation constraints to reduce production costs and save energy. The main idea of Sorted Table Algorithm is equal lambda. A table is composed of the composite loading and the break points from connecting points of the piecewise linearization with the incremental curve of units. The incremental cost of system is corresponded to composite loading and then the state and loading of units would be estimated without recursive calculation; further more, there is no tolerance considered.
