Analysis of the use of inference methods, develops a set pan-to use the design optimization mechanism, establishes feasibility of the fuel cells innovation flow parameters. In research aims proton exchange membrane fuel cell performance (exports of temperature, exports of pressure, pressure drop) for quality considerations. Simultaneously designated that the inlet temperature, the inlet pressure and inlet gas flow speed are the flow parameters. The 39 engineering parameters are analyzed by TRIZ. The quality advance and drawback factors are defined to reach the 40 inventive principles in the contradiction matrix. The single quality optimization strategy data compared with median value data, the quality optimization strategy is authentication by COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software; meanwhile, establishes its quality to increase, single quality optimization strategy is then acquired. Further innovation of strategy union match bureau theory each quality, Take the post as much quality in Game Theory of the agreement Game. Coordination of post-conflict strategy to optimize the quality of access to more options and optimize the quality of simulation results. The results showed that exports of temperature is enhanced by 16.67 %、exports of pressure is enhanced by 78.8 %、pressure drop is enhanced by 11.73 %. This research confirmed that the quality improvement goals. Research on innovation optimization for proton exchange membrane fuel cells flow channel control deemed to be complicated. The Game Theory and TRIZ inventive game are integrated to conclude the general deduction optimization scheme. Through the expected results of this study, a “Multi-Quality General Deduction Optimization” technique is contributed to the PEMFC flow parameters. Reduce the effective fuel-cell research, as well as the implementation of computer simulation time for PEMFC flow parameters design and R & D production surely excited.
