碩士 === 大同大學 === 材料工程學系(所) === 97 === This research was discussed variation of conductivity and I-V characteristic of the polyaniline containing zinc oxide of organic/inorganic composite in different compositions. We can obtain the zinc oxide in emeraldine salt polyaniline by X-ray diffraction spectrometer and observes the distribution of zinc oxide particles in polyaniline by scanning electron microscope. The I-V characteristics and variation of conductivity are analyzed by Semiconductor characterization system、AC impedance and electron paramagnetic resonance.
