We can obtain the zinc oxide in emeraldine salt polyaniline by X-ray diffraction spectrometer and observes the distribution of zinc oxide particles in polyaniline by scanning electron microscope.
The I-V characteristics and variation of conductivity are analyzed by Semiconductor characterization system、AC impedance and electron paramagnetic resonance.
