Both of the MA(mill-annealed)and BST(β-solution treated)sheets were designed cathodic charging to evaluate the effect of various designed parameters on the surface microstructure change and hydrogen redistribution. The variation of microstructure was investigated by using XRD(x-ray diffractometry)and hydrogen redistribution was examined by GDOS(glow discharge optical spectrometry). The BST specimens were processed through cyclic cathodic charging and subsequent various heat-treatment to observe the surface microstructure change. The depth of hydrogen were sharply increase by BST. The BST specimens were processed through cyclic cathodic charging and subsequent various heat-treatment to observe on the surface microstructure change, hydrogen redistribution and surface morphology. The different temperature and charging condition were performed systematically to evaluate the optimal parameters. Jiann-Kuo Wu 吳建國 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 69 zh-TW
