Abstract
This qualitative research aimed the depth interview with four
executive of small and medium exterprises in the participation of exercise
experience. The goals are to understand that the experiences of participant
in the participation of exercise and its persistence at different life phases
and employment levels, and to demonstrate the significances of the
experiences.
In conclusion, the meanings found in this research are:
1. The value of exercise at life
These participant start to exercise owing to the reasons of “the health”,
“the aids of work” and “the community strength”. According to the
findings, the reasons that keeped those participant continually participate in
exercise are: “the habit of exercising”, “encouragement and supportability”,
“the live habit”, and “the heredity”. In other word even though exercise has
many advantages, it encounters many challenges as well. These challenges
are: “Unable” and “fatigue”.
There are four gains that can also be obtained from exercise, which are
“dedicated”, “adjustment”, “breakthrough” and “happy”.
2. The enriched life-experience

Although the pressure of work and fatigue weary out the participant,
the accompanied values of exercise, “the value” and “the enriched lifeexperience”,
are the most important reasons they continued to exercise.
Life has more fun. From exercise, people can obtain the health both
physically and mentally, the self-control and the time control, and also
realized the slang of the health is wealth. Having a healthy body and spirit
means haveing a high quality life and enjoying the life. The most
significant experiences that the participants learned from exercise
experience are “gaining the new knowledge”, “enjoying the life” and “the
educational reform.” Gaining knowledge is endless. An endless learning
promotes the self-ability. The research discovered that participation in
exercising often brings out new knowledge and experiences to life that
stimulate people to participate in exercise more.
