Methods: 343 boy students and 301 girl students studied in Dong-Hu Junior High School served as participants in this study. Body mass index, sit and reach the performance keen-ins, sit-ups within one minute , standing board jump, cardio respiratory endurance were taken to gather data. Dependent samples analysis, One-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation were applied to accumulate the data collected. Results: Improvement was found among boys on sit and reach the performance keen-ins, sit-ups within one minute and standing board jump within three school years. However, no significant difference was found on body mass index and cardio respiratory endurance. Girls showed significant improvement among all the physical fitness items. Physical fitness factors were found inter-related, either among boys or among girls. No single fitness factor could be ignored. Otherwise, physical fitness and health in whole would be affected. Conclusion: Body mass index of boys and girls were found increased each year. However, boys and girls showed improvement on sit-ups within one minute each year. Boys also made progress on standing board jump; girls made progress on reach the performance keen-ins. Also, the necessity of the improvement of cardio respiratory endurance was suggested.
