During the process, the observation and analyzed are the foundation of this paper to discuss the model community art, and further analyzed the position of art in community action. It was found in the process that art as a subject of community action is not only a role of beautification but providing chances of multiple participatory and life practice, and improving in the dynamic social processes to challenge the limitation of living world. This study used the quality research as the main research method and done by reflection on experience. The main discuss object are four art actions in Tugou village. Through the generalization of experience to clear the relation of community art action and to introspect what concern should community art have in essence. The paper records a practical process of a community art, and discusses the role of planer, executer and residents to be the experience accumulation to discuss the cooperation of community and art. Based on the experience discussion of Tugou, the author tried to use more simplified schema to proceed the experiential interpret on subjects of community art. Under the main concept of “public participation”, not only the force of grassroots became more union, but also the used the people, culture, urban, scene and products five different angle directions to concern the space environment of Taiwan. Recently community and art has becoming national policy, the professional field of art has gradually involved into social life under the prevalent of public participation and has been practicing in community. This paper was resulted from the life practice of community, through the describe and analyze of experience the author hope to depict the ideal outline of reciprocation of community and art.
