The reviews will attribute structures and formats, contents, subjective and objectives, sentence styles, and word choices on the discussion forum. Finally, by using independent samples t-test and one-way analysis of variance, the results can provide Internet platform providers with a reference for managing their platforms and provide them more useful sources of consumer knowledge.
