Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所教育行政碩士學位在職 === 97 === The research aims at analyzing the responsibilities of the general administration (GA) department of the elementary schools of Taipei, the job duties of the GA Director falling on the shoulders of the teachers, and the possibility of this job position transferred to the government employees with relevant job duties. The study also includes the survey of the two groups—the government employees and the elementary school teachers currently responsible for dual duties— regarding the transferring of the job duties of the GA Director. The teachers’ group cover different campus culture and school sizes.
This research is completed based on the questionnaires—“Survey of the Possibility of the Job Duties of the GA Director of the Elementary Schools of Taipei Transferring to the Governmental Sector”. Samples adopted ranges from the opinions of 561 government employees and teachers currently holding dual positions from 47 public elementary schools of Taipei. The following is the conclusion.
A. The job duties of the GA Director are fully understood.
B. In both groups— the government employees and the teachers of the public elementary schools currently responsible for dual duties, regardless of the school size, gender, seniority, and education— research a consensus on the issue shown in Item A; while differences are shown among the interviewees in terms of the variety of age and job duties.
C. There is a high possibility regarding the job duties of the GA Director transferring to the governmental sector.
D. Both groups— regardless of the school size, gender, age, job duty, seniority, and education—research a consensus on the issue shown in Item C.
E. Difficulty may occur when the job duties of the GA Director are transferred to the governmental sector; however, problems would be ruled out by possible solutions.
F. Both groups research a consensus on the issue shown in Item E regardless of the school size, gender, age, seniority, and education. Differences are only shown among the interviewees with different job duty regarding possible solutions.
Finally suggestions are made based on the research results to provide reference to educational institutions, superintendents and administrators and other researchers.
