Finally, the author makes the conclusions based on all the results of this study and tries to advance the suggestions. The research method of this study is questionnaire survey. It develops ‘Questionnaire of social justice awareness and educational practice of the rural elementary school teacher’ and collects the information by this questionnaire. The subjects are the rural elementary teacher in Taiwan. 538 questionnaires are handed out, 406 were returned, and 378 were answered completely, and the return rate is 75.5%. The conclusions are briefly described in the following: 1. Social justice awareness and educational practice of the teacher in rural elementary school are both in mid-level. 2. The social justice awareness of the teacher in rural elementary school on seniority of teaching, the educational background, function of office and whether learning about social justice education issue have obvious differences. 3. The educational practice of the teacher in rural elementary school on age and function of office have obvious differences 4. The social justice awareness and educational practice of the teacher in rural elementary school show positive relationship. The social justice awareness has a positive impact on educational practice, and its predictive power is 25.1%~40.7%.
