It analyzed the differences that Learning Satisfaction and Learning Effect of Physical Education in the students come from different backgrounds. Using a questionnaire, researching objects were sixth grade students that study in Taichung County in the semesters of 97 academic year. Took this questionnaire--Taichung County’s elementary school students’ learning satisfaction and learning effect of Physical Education-- as the research device. We used the explorative factors analysis and the internal consistent coefficient (Cronbach α) of TTDTEOS ensured the reliability of the questionnaire, after that, we provided the formal questionnaires to the objects. Descriptive statistics and independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, independent samples and Scheffe’ method, a least significant difference (LSD) post-hoc comparison and Pearson Product-moment Correlation were used to analyze the collected data. The results of the research are as follows: A. It was showed approximately positive outcomes in learning satisfaction and learning effect for Taichung County’s elementary school students. B. Learning Satisfaction in Physical Education was showed a conspicuous divergence in the sex, in the students joined or non-jointed the sports clubs, in the schools’ scale. But it was not showed an obvious divergence in the different learning achievement. C. Learning Effect in Physical Education was showed a conspicuous divergence in the sex and in students joined or non-jointed sports clubs. The schools’ scale and the different learning achievement did not have an obvious divergence. D. Learning Satisfaction had a conspicuous relevance with Learning Effect.
