Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 教育政策與領導研究所碩士在職專班 === 97 === The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between principal leadership and work stress of administrators in Taipei County City private elementary and secondary school. The conclusions and suggestions are provided after literature reviewing and discussing, questionnaire surveying, and statistical analyzing.
This study designs a questionnaire to survey Taipei County City private elementary and secondary school administrators.The 396 questionnaires were sent out and then 245 were received. The questionnaire collect rate is 61.87% and questionnaire usable rate is up to 100%.After receiving these questionnaires, the information was computer analyzed by the statistical software SPSS. Descriptive statistical analysis, t-testing,one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression were used respectively in this study.
The main conclusions are as follows:
1. In Taipei County City, private elementary and secondary school administrators perceive good feelings in the transformational leadership.
2. In Taipei County City, private elementary and secondary school administrators perceive above-the-average in the transactional leadership.
3. The administrator in the private elementary and secondary school in Taipei County City perceive below-the-average under work stress
4. There are significant differences existing in sex, year, school size and location when the private elementary and secondary school principals' transformational leadership and transactional leadership are analyzed.
5. There is no significant difference existing in sex, year, school size and location when the private elementary and secondary school administrators’ work stress is analyzed.
6. There are significant differences existing in sex, year, education, job , when the principals'transformational leadership is analyzed.
7. There is no significant difference existing in sex, year, education, job when the principals'transactional leadership is analyzed.
8. Significant differences exist in sex, year, education, job when the administrators’ work stress is analyzed.
9. There is a significant relationship between the private elementary and secondary school in Taipei County City principals'transformational leadership and transactional leadership.
10.In Taipei County City, there is a negative correlation between the private elementary and secondary school principals'transactional leadership and administrators’ work stress.
11.There is a correlation between the private elementary and secondary school in Taipei County City principals'transactional leadership and administrators’ work stress.
12.In Taipei County City, private elementary and secondary school principals'transformational leadership and transactional leadership can effectively predict administrators’ work stress.
