Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 教育科技學系碩士在職專班 === 97 === The purpose of this research is to study the perceptions of elementary school principals toward the content of data-driven decision making system. The subjects of this study are principals of public and private elementary schools in Taipei City, total in 157 schools. A self-developed questionnaire was conducted with valid return 127 copies. The SPSS 10.0 Chinese version was applied for data analysis. ANOVA, t test, Scheffe method and Pearson product-moment correlation methods were used to process statistic analysis for questionnaires. The content of the system included 7 categories: Demographic Data, School Processes Data, Perceptions Data, Student Learning Data, Allocate Resources Data, Teacher Information and Demographic Information. The research summary is concluded as follows: 1.The ideal data-oriented decision making system at school level has 7 dimension with 72 items. Each data dimension and item are all in high degree of importance. 2.Each data dimension and item are all in high degree of a applicability. 3.There is significant difference in perceptions toward the importance degree of the content of data-driven decision making system between school size and years of experience of principals. 4.There is no significant difference in the degree of applicability of content of data-driven decision making system among principals with different background variances. 5.There is positive correlation between degree of importance and degree of applicability of each data dimension of data-driven decision making system.
