Energy shortage and raising cost has become a major issue of economy development. To improve the energy consumption structure, the key of energy- policy is to promote energy-saving technologies. The energy demand has been growing rapidly during the past 20 years. The average growth rate goes up to 7.39% annually. The electricity price is relatively low for a long time. Not only failed to represent the internal and external cost, but also affected the energy-saving popularity and economy efficiency. Therefore, Taiwan’s energy usage efficiency is way behind other advance industrial countries. Most of the previous energy-related researches were targeting on the improvement of equipments and upgrading the performance. However, there are not much studies regarding to the wiliness of corporate executives. Therefore, this study starts with the research of current domestic energy use; figure out the reasons of energy consumption. After study the relevant data, find out the possible reasons for corporate to executive energy-saving. Through a questionnaire survey to collect the wiliness level to operate energy-saving in vary industries. Finally, through analyze the survey data, the research comes out with reasons of various elements that impact corporate to exercise energy-saving. The research conclusion as follow: 1. Information provides positive impact of the wiliness to operate energy-savings in the corporate. 2. Organization restructure provides positive impact of the wiliness to operate energy-savings in the corporate. 3. Society image provides positive impact of the wiliness to operate energy-saving in the corporate. 4. Financial planning provides positive impact of the wiliness to operate energy-savings in the corporate.
