In the part of images resolution , we could get the best condition of experiment through the changing material and size of pinhole, and also adjusting the magnification and the spatial coherence length. We applied the best condition of experiment to observe and compare the bones difference between normal zebra fish and experimental zebra fish which were growing up in 17.5ppm、35ppm and 50ppm caffeine water. From the result, we can find out caffeine will cause bones becoming atrophy, vanished or twist.
