However, war and defense are not only confined to military actions and military servicemen. It is the duty of all citizens. “National Security, Everyone''s Responsibility” is now an universal value. This concept is worthy of noting for our Ministry of Defense who concerns about the situations between Taiwan and Mainland China. Since Taiwan is under the threat of Chinese military attacks, it is important to take all-out defense seriously.
Multiple activities in national defense education refer to people who involve in public affairs directly. During the process, people have the rights to make decision, and can even participate in the policy process, in order to improve and develop its efficacy. The purpose of this essay is to discuss the functions and effectiveness of multiple activities plan. This essay also analyzes methods of increasing public’s attention and participation, so that the goals of national defense education and all-out defense could be accomplished.
