Since 2002, The military introduced convenience store into several bases. This essay reviews the whole process, and evaluates its positive and negative impacts. This essay compares the differences of business model between post exchange and convenience store. Its shows that the introducing convenience store can bring more benefits for the military, and it is worthy promoting to other military bases.
