Boiler control system is complex with multi input and output server non-linear system, violent in response and inter-influence between each control variable and constant. The purpose of system stability operation is base on control the boiler safety, reliably, and efficiently. Once loading changed, interaction with firing rate control due to imbalance between steam flow and feedwater flow will cause steam drum level have swell and shrink, incorrect measure would trouble the control system into un-control or oscillation condition. Therefore, operator will be jeopardized and energy will loosen more. For this reason, find the control method in control in advanced is more important for stability operation. This thesis utilizes SimACS engineering develop software to establish boiler dynamic model and simulate the situation of loading changing in superheat steam. Whole model are integrated and considered with deaerator, steam drum, burn control system, flue gas, blower, pump…etc.. After simulated and discussed, found and concluded at one suitable parameter and control strategy will make the boiler control system operation in steady status when superheat steam loading is changing. 龍仁光 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 167 zh-TW
