Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 電子電腦與通訊產業研發碩士專班 === 97 === In the past years, the advent of wireless applications at the 2.4GHz ISM band, e.g. wireless LAN (WLAN), Bluetooth headsets, wireless mice and keyboards, remote controls, cordless phones, microwave ovens etc, creates a significant potential for widespread interference. Proprietary wireless mice and keyboards are the wireless input devices which are largely used in the computer industry. Both also suffer interference from other 2.4GHz devices especially Wi-Fi. The interference of the 802.11n radios coexisting in one device is more severe. In this thesis, Cypress 2.4GHz transceiver is used for design to improve Wi-Fi interference on proprietary wireless mice and keyboards. The test result shows the improved proprietary protocol well coexisting with 802.11n. The data lost rate is about 5%. Ease of configuring the computer inner space when a computer budles with 2.4GHz wireless keyboard and mouse with the bridge built-in the system. A further work can be done in the future to reach the lower data lost rate (under 5%).
