| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 製造科技研究所 === 97 === A successful new product development can promote the business volume, profits and competitive adventures of a business. The achievement indices which affect the success of developments are time, cost and quality. Speeding up the rate of developing new products can reduce the time of developments, decrease the costs, and promote the qualities. Therefore, the business should devote to speeding up the rate of developing new products. In the process of developing new products, if we use an effective development management system as a assistance, we can put the knowledge of special case for business to a more effective storage and sharing, letting developmental workers master the knowledge needed during works quickly, so as to assist in implementing special case of development. Then, it can promote the rate of developing new products. For this reason, this research brings up a series of “Analysis methodology of implementing new product development management system” and cooperates CPDM development management system. It will support business proceeds system quickly and effectively, and truly leads in business as a basis of testing whether this analysis methodology works or not.
