However, customer requirement for different factors associated with change, customer requirement and will never be able to be met, this will also increase receive and response to customer RFQ, confirm product specification difficulties. Therefore, if the front-end pricing in consultation processes, the mastering and understanding the exact needs of customers, for the possibility of accurate identification and planning of the final products meet the customer requirement, occupies a very important factor. This research main purpose was to modular design as the background knowledge, and machine tools "Turret power" as an example, first for the customer requirement, use of QFD analysis is converted to have the engineering properties of the product technical specifications. Second, Shall by converting the product technical specifications, to proceeded PLM system product specifications option and take advantage of the system Customization function combination ERP system management product cost information. Finally, the export and collate the basic products information to enable the technical staff to use the system auxiliary, support sales to quickly respond to the customers RFQ.
