Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 97 === This thesis is composed of two parts. The first part is focused on the synthesis of magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles which diameter is 20nm by thermal decomposition method and synthesized magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles which diameter is 10nm by coprecipitation method after that nanoparticles were dispersed in NaOH aqueous solution and sealed into Teflon-lined stainless steel autoclaves then we could obtain magnetic nanowires by hydrothermal method. The product was characterized by XRD and TEM for it’s purity and morphology. The second part deals with the magnetorheological fluids of different viscosity of polydimethylsiloxane containing magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles and nanowires, then the magnetorheological effect were investigated by flow curve test、squeeze test、creep and recovery test and viscoelasticity test. The results show that the magnetic flux density and the concentration of magnetorheologicl fluids increased the magnetorheological effect.Besides, the magnetic iron oxide nanowires dispersion had much higher magnetorheological effect than nanoparticles.Lastly we tried to place the magnetorheoligical fluids of nanowires for several months and the flow curve test indicated that the agglomeration of magnetorheoligical fluids was unapparent.
