How to make vehicle more comfortable, humanization, and energy efficient is always the dream of the vehicle engineers. This study utilized the technique of air flow management to control the air flow structures so that the inside of the cabin would form regional air-conditioning. The purpose of this study was to discuss the each passenger could control the temperature according to their individual needs, thus the air conditioning system could reducing unnecessary energy consumption. Through the numerical analysis of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), these complicated physical fluctuating phenomenon mentioned above can be simulated and analyzed systematically. This study will emphasize on the refitted Ford E350 cabin model to carry the simulating analysis of airflow out, assessing the influence of the disposing variation of the internal airflow after refit on the comfort of passengers. The research approach is to use CFD software- FLUENT to figure out the temperature, pressure, and velocity of the internal airflow inside the cabin of the car, considering the practical condition of the solar radiant heat, the physiological heat of personnel, and heat source of the precise electron equipment. From the simulation results we could know that, after changing the allocation of the cabin’s inlets and outlets, the inside of the cabin could effectively form independent air flows. 黃國修 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 55 zh-TW
