The luminous intensity increased as raising the concentration of activator, and the maximum luminous intensity was observed with Eu 5mole%、B2O3 5wt% ,and fired at 1300°C for 3 hours. In addition, luminous intensity of Sr2SiO4:Eu3+ phosphor reduces as the temperature increases, and the wavelength peak has blue shift excess 150°C. 唐自標 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 81 zh-TW |
