It has been an increasing demand in brightened and polished surfaces of titanium products with complex shape. TiO2 nanotubes are manufasture by anodization with electrolyte of mixture of ethylene glycol(EG), ammonium fluoride(NH4F), titanium as anode and platinum as cathode. Effect of growth parameters such as,time ,voltage on the formation of titanium oxide structures were studied.It was found that, the growth rate increase to with an increase in time and voltage. The TiO2 nanotubes are successfully obtain through the anodization with the electrolyte of the mixture of NH4F 0.5 wt%+ EG 99.5 wt% at constant temperature of 5 ℃,constant voltage 60V for 6 h. And TiO2 nanotubes are manufasture by pulse anodization. Charge transfer and mass transport in the anodizing process are observed through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) method in 3.5 wt% sodium chloride (NaCl) solution. The impedance spectra over the Bode and Nyquist diagrams are successfully modeled on the electric equivalent circuit. 薛文景 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 84 zh-TW
