It could remain characteristic properties under severe environment, so its application ripens gradually in years. In this experiment research, oxidation precipitation was employed to oxidize divalent manganese ion in the solution, and the necessary pH value and electric potential was controlled to render oxidation reaction in order to synthesize the final product manganous oxide. In this experiment we also addes carbonic acid to raise electro negativity and the results for the cases of with and without carbonic acid were compored added. Degree of crystallization and the particle size were measured using XRD and FE-SEM techniques all of with the addition of the crystallizing properties in thin thickness cases have improved.
