The samples composed of 1020 students among Junior High School students in Taichung City. Samples tests used with SPSS 10.0 Chinese Version. The instruments employed in this study consisted of three parts: (1) the Peer Relationship Scale ; (2) Teacher-Student Relationship Scale, and (3) Learning Adjustment Scale. The results of this study were summarized as followings: 1. In peer relation、teacher-stuedent relation and learning adjustment of junior high school students, ,「friendship」’s score is highest, 「negative behavior of teacher-student relation」’s score is the second. 2. The girls of junior high school students show better grades in 「friendship」、「negative behavior of teacher-student relationship」 than the boys. The seventh-grade shows better score in active behavior of teacher-student relationship than the ninth-grade. 3. There were significant negative correlations among 「social anxiety」 and 「active behavior of teacher-student relationship」、「learning methods」;There was significant negative correlation with 「imitation」 and 「negative behavior of teacher-student relationship」. 4. Peer relationship teacher-student relationship of junior high school students could effectively predict his 「learning methods」 「learning attitude」;「Active behavior of teacher-student relationship」’s prediction is the best.
